By placing an order through the Cutting Edge storefront, you agree to the following basic terms.

Custom orders

Custom products are produced based on the selections, wording, notes, and artwork supplied with the order. We may contact you if information is incomplete or if artwork needs clarification or preparation.

Customer-provided artwork and intellectual property

By submitting a logo, image, phrase, trademark, or other design for customization, you represent that you have the right or permission to use that material for the requested product. Cutting Edge may decline a design or request additional proof of authorization when appropriate.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the storefront are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes are added at checkout when required. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Order acceptance

Payment confirmation does not require Cutting Edge to produce a request that is unlawful, technically impractical, unsafe, or reasonably believed to infringe third-party rights. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and address the payment as appropriate.

Product appearance

Colors, engraving tones, patch appearance, and product details can vary slightly because of materials, screens, lighting, and the custom-production process.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Cutting Edge is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the storefront, product offerings, or legal requirements change.
